For this step, please log in in Chrome or Safari and log in with your login. Internet Explorer doesn't work for inviting team members.

In the top right corner, click on your login name and click on Members in the drop-down that appears.

From here you can invite all your colleagues by email. Each invited person will receive an email where he/she can set the password.

Important: Invite yourself as well. This way you can distinguish between the owner of the account and yourself.

Once you are logged in with your own email address, you and your colleagues should complete your profile.

In the top right corner, click on your login name and click on Profile in the drop-down that appears.

For each job ad, you can later choose if the information entered under profile will appear on it or not.
